Returns & exchanges
We do hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Customers may return items from us at www.fundaoera.com for a full refund policy within 7 days of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of purchase and we will process your request. Once your refund is received and thoroughly inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, unless any payment processing fees (i.e. Paypal), within 10 business days. We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on www.fundaoera.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate. We do not accept refunds on this basis.
Exchanges (If applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 15 days of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can do a one to one exchange for the same item. Send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide further instructions.
Late or Missing Refunds (If applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Followed by, contacting your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale Items (If applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
